…Allowing yourself get frustrated and unhappy is something every human should pay attention to cause such effect destroy faster than health issues?
To be miserable is a building step to becoming a sadist. Why engage yourself in what makes you unhappy when you have the call to stay happy and be your real self fulfilling your life desires and dreams.
Here are the concluding part from Wednesday’s article of the causes of unhappiness and way out. Enjoy!

CONCENTRATE ON WHAT YOU HAVE – Many directs their minds to what they which they have rather than face the real fact. Seeing the best of what is at hand and how it can be used to acquire other desires should be priority rather than concentrate on what depresses the heart and calls in an unhappy emotion.
CONTROL - Learn to live above concentrating on what is not realistic at the moment.

NEGATIVE PEOPLE AND EVENT – The reason why many people will never get to achieve their dreams on time is because they allow themselves to get victimized by negative thoughts and people which adversely turn out to affect their person big time.
CONTROL – Life is all about keeping it positive with the determination to keep holding on believing in possibilities. Stay off people that don’t share your dream and whatever discourages you from keeping up with your life dreams and goals.

INNER CRITICS – It is a constant thing to criticize what you do if you stand to learn from it and be a better person but it will be a bad thing if you stay to criticize yourself all the time especially to a point you no longer see yourself as progressive.
CONTROL – Don’t always pay attention to your inner critic if you are a type that doesn’t get pass discouragements. Learn to see the good in everything you do cause staying criticized might turn you into being a sadist, take care of that.

PERFECTION – “Practice makes perfect but no one is perfect so why practice?” that’s the new saying now. Only gods can be absolutely perfect all humans can is best close to perfect but never perfect. Avoid wanting absolute perfection in everything, it only delays your every step ahead and in the end only tend to frustrate and discourage you more.
CONTROL – Avoid being too much of a perfectionist. There is bound to be flaws only work at doing your best with absolute trace of honesty. Happiness is achieved when you see yourself advancing in life and that is what it takes so learn to stay that way and apart from the happiness you get, you will also get fulfillment seeing  yourself attain apogee at your best not as perfect.

TOO BIG STANDARDS – Why set a standard that even if it takes you three life-times you can never see it to an end?
CONTROL - Keeping it simple is one secret even God mastered cause keeping it simple is sometimes most essential as judged from the concept of the creation of ‘one man and one woman’ of what resulted to the number of humans in existence now.
Set a standard you can beat and stay off anything that makes you unhappy.

MTN PROJECT FAME SEASON 7.0, KOFO RECIEVES MOST CELEBRATED FEMALE ARTISTE AWARD

Kofo recently got an award as “The Most Celebrated Female Artiste” in her community.

The event was organized by the youths of Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye/Mushin Local government area where she is from.

It is sure an award of recognition for her relentless effort as not just becoming a branded music star as classed with top female singers home and abroad but as a distinguished member of the community representing the struggle of the youths in the area and as a show that there are more like her in the thought-of no value area like Mushin.

Kofo, although did not made it to the finals as her eviction was biased based on the fact that Oge (a collegeau at the competition) was pitied instead of her (Kofo) remaining in the competition.

Kofo's performance of Davido's 'Dami Duro' was described as absolute as her voice showed strong tone that the Judges confessed was a true form of excellent vocal.
