NEWS: REVIEW OF THE HONORS HALL WEEK 2014
It was an
amazing night on Thursday as the “LADIES OF HALLS”
wrapped up their annual hall week event with several interesting activities
that wowed the audience from start to finish with the plus of great
excitements.
The grand
finale had the hall filled from pillar to post with the number of girls
tripling the number of boys. The numbers however, all had to troop out to cheer
their favorites to victory and also enjoy the fills of the night in respect to
see who wears the crown in all three categories of the pageantry competitions.
The
activities was very organized as it presented Larryhova has the host alongside
his crew and the panel of judges were quite spivful as they amazed the
winners with cash bonuses to appreciate the efforts delivered on stage.
The
contestants on stage for the pageantry competition were all stunting and the
winners deserved their crown too.
Beautiful,
light skinned, coquette and intelligent Miss
Esther Chiamaka was the grand winner of the night as she was
crowned Miss Honours 2014.
Miss Chidima Ilechukwu
won the Miss Petite contest and trust
me, her petite is quite different from the regular small sizes and shapes you
see but at the end she deserved it too
Miss Anu, the
beauty with the big size took the crown as the winner of the Miss Big, Bold and Beautiful contest to
then finalize all three pageantry categories and the audience was very pleased
with the decision.
Surprisingly,
no special artiste performed although there were the likes of Blackmagic in the
building and source also affirmed Olamide
came around.
However, the
biggest scene of the night was the twerk competition, my God! Plenty ass
everywhere and all over the place as eyes were falling, booties wasting and
gunning the faces of the audience in such an amazing live performance. Sexy and
Bootious Mz Josephine
Omowumi was rewarded for taking the first place as generously
sharing her ass alongside others for all to watch and was given the cash price
of #40,000 but fair enough she had to split the bounty to go round as giving
each one of the other four finalists a #5,000 bucks each …common! Isn’t she so
nice of a typical Unilag girl?!! Yes, how many will do that? Love you plenty my
babe jo!
With all said so far, no bias here but after the likes of
Kofo, Moremi, MTH and Makama hall week, Honors’ stands at number two in the list of
the 2014 best hall week events. To the hall president Akintunde
Taiwo with the rest of her organizing team. KUDOS girls! Hope
you stay in the list of top three in the end. #CHAO
