AFRIMA 2014 DATE SHIFTED.

The All Africa Music Awards 2014 formerly dated for November 9, 2014 is now to hold on the 7^th 0f December, 2014. This was confirmed by the organizers of the event.

In a press release, it was said that the president of Nigeria, Dr. GoodluckEbeleJonathan demanded that the date be shifted due to the Ebola virus crisis still affecting the neighboring countries as well as his lack of readiness to hosting other top African presidents invited for the events. He also requested that the venue be moved to Abuja instead of Lagos but the management had to defend their reasons for hosting it in Lagos and are yet to confirm the final venue come the actual date.

Organizers have however confirmed that vote for nominated artiste is still in progress.
