unilagnews: student’s guidelines for 2014/15 Hall Allocation exercise

It should be noted first of all that only fully registered students for the 2014/15 academic sessions are eligible to access the allocation portal for this exercise.

PROCEEDURE;

·         Log on to www.unilaghalls.com

·         Input your matriculation number/Jamb registration number as username

·         Click on the log-in button to access the allocation portal

·         Click on the update column to update profile with a valid e-mail, phone number and passport (If not on display)

·         Click on the allocation link then on the “get a space now” link to apply/ballot for bed space.

·         If successful the system will send you a notification

·         Click on print to print allocation slip

·         Proceed to identified bank on your allocation slip to make payment

·         Receive confirmation and receipt number in the inbox of the e-mail you submitted

·         Log on to back to the halls website and enter confirmation and receipt to print the final allocation slip.

·         Proceed to completion of signing the given documents and make full registration as taking the bed space.
